Our ITSM Assessment Service is designed to provide you with all of the information needed to ensure you are in a position to make your ITSM Implementation a success. The assessment is key to ensuring you understand your IT organizations current state.

Our ITSM Assessment Team will identify the organization's "corporate culture", which plays a major role in ensuring the success of an ITSM Implementation. We will also conduct many one-on-one interviews with all levels of the organization to ensure we are developing an accurate picture of the organization's current state.
